Providing the country moves into Phase One, as planned, then we intend to reopen on 15th June.  We will be in touch with you all individually over the coming weeks to understand what services you require and to reassure you of our plans for staying safe and not spreading COVID19.

Before we go into more detail, we really must restate that it is only because of your support that we are able to continue – so please accept the most warm, heartfelt thanks from both of us <3.

There is some really important information in this post so please have a read all the way through to give you some thinking time before we get in touch.

New Prices

If you were able to take up our pricing offer by continuing to pay us during the lockdown, then this means that your hourly rate is frozen, full details are below.  For everyone else, we hope you understand that our new prices are now in effect and that this is our first price increase in nearly five years. 

Customers who took up our lockdown price freeze offer

For everyone who paid us for April, your prices are frozen until at least 31st May 2021.

For everyone who continued to pay us into May, there are several options available to you and you are free to choose whichever one suits you best:

  1. You can choose to lock your prices in for a further year until 31st May 2022.

  2. If you are a grooming customer, then we can provide free grooms up to the value of what you paid us in May this year.  Our grooming prices are also increasing but we will freeze these (only for you) until the amount is fully repaid.  This way you get more grooms for your initial outlay.

  3. You can hold the May payment as credit against future ad hoc walks, there is no time limit on how long this can be held for and as long as we have space on the days you require you are free to use them whenever you want (including weekends, we just need a bit of notice for these ones).

  4. You can choose to halve your future monthly payments for two months so that the money you paid us in May is fully repaid sooner rather than later.  We can agree with you individually what months we can do this across.

The first two weeks in June

 

Please do not pay us for the first two weeks in June, if you pay by direct debit then the options available to you are the same as above, with slightly longer timelines on price freeze, etc.  Or we can transfer the two weeks payment back to your account.

 

It really is whichever you prefer – just let us know.
